Answers to your Questions

What format should I send my photos in?

JPG (jpeg), or the original format from your camera, is best.  We perfer the photos in their highest resolution (usually about 250-300 pixels per inch).  The very best is to send the photos in their original format and we'll make all the changes needed to them, including red-eye removal and cropping.

Do you design postcards?

Yes.  Any of our designs may be turned into postcards.  Please contact us about designing your postcard by emailing design@annaraecustomdesigns.com (Be aware that our email is down.  Please send all emails to annaraecustomdesigns@gmail.com in the mean time. Thank you.)

How do I get my photos to you?

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.  Once you receive the email, please reply to it and attach your photos.  If you choose to send your photos directly to design@annaraecustomdesigns.com, make sure to include your name and order number.  (Be aware that our email is down.  Please send all emails to annaraecustomdesigns@gmail.com in the mean time. Thank you.)

Please look at our Recommendations Page for tips on taking your own photos.  Send your photos directly from your camera.  We will make all of the necessary changes to it, like red-eye removal and cropping.  By uploading your photos online, we can get your announcement to you in just a few days.

Can I order an announcement in a different size?

Yes.  We are happy to work with you to create exactly what you want.  An announcement or design will need to be created just for you, as a Custom Design.  Please see our Custom Design page for more information.

How long does it take?

Time really depends on you, but most orders generally take about a week from start to finish.  Within this week, you place your order, fill out our email questionaire (if your ordering any Wedding designs), we personalize your design, send you a proof, you okay the proof, and we send you the final.  Whew!  With all that back-and-forth, time can add up between any of these steps.  For the fastest turn-around, we recommend having all of your information and photos ready to go when you place your order.

Custom work will take longer and will require more steps, but we try very hard to get your announcements to you as fast as possible.
