These are the sizes for all of the designs:

     *If you would like your announcement in another size, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.

•  For Baby Announcements, Graduation Announcements, or Business cards, the minimum order number is 25.  If an announcement order contains fewer than 25 items, a $20.00 service charge will be added.  Gift Certificates and Wedding Designs may be purchased in fewer quanitities.

  All of the announcements are printed at professional printing labs.

  All of the designs can be personalized by changing the text, colors, fonts, and photos.  If you would like anything else changed, the announcement will be a custom design.

•  We accept PayPal for all orders.  If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact us and we can make other arrangements.

 

Five Steps to Designing your Perfect Announcement

1•  Pick a design. Make yourself at home and have a look around.  All of the products you see on our pages are up for grabs.  If you didn't find one that was just perfect for you, please email us so we can get started on your custom design!

                           Kelli just had a beautiful baby and wants everyone to know!  She looked around and loves the baby announcement design titled "Hunter."

 

2•  Customize that design. That might sound difficult, but it's really not. All you'll need to do is decide which colors you would like, change the name and text.  For Baby Announcements, Graduation Announcements, Business cards, and Save-the-Date cards, all of the information will be asked for when you place your order.  For Wedding Announcements, a separate email will be sent to you after you place your order.  In this email, we will specify the wording you would like and any other information.

                           Kelli had a baby girl, and would like to change the colors from the brown and teal to brown and pink.  She included all of the information when she ordered.

3•  Send us your photos.  Make sure to check out the Recommendations page for tips on taking your own photos.  Send your photos to us at design@annaraecustomdesigns.com.  (Be aware that our email is down.  In the mean time, please send all emails to annaraecustomdesigns@gmail.com. Thank you.)  After we receive your photos, we'll put a proof together of your personalized design and email it to you. 

                         Kelli took some photos of her darling baby girl, sent them to us in the origional format, and let us take care of everything!

 

4•  Check out the Proof.   We will email you a proof of your design within two business days of receiving all of the necessary information.  Let us know if you want anything changed in the proof. 

                         Kelli looked at the proof and decided that she would like the small photo to be in sepia instead of black and white.  

 

5•  Enjoy!  Take as much time as you need and make as many changes as you would like to create your perfect announcement.  Once you give us the okay, we print and mail your product! 

                         We made the changes to Kelli's announcement and sent her another proof.  Kelli loved the proof, gave us the okay, and is now enjoying all of the beautiful announcements!
